Enjoy the moment

Today I saw the small miracle of life.
Just being satisfied with enjoying the moment.
We went with our children to a place called the Indianhill.
My children were riding a sledge and we had a very nice time.
They are so happy when it´s snow outside, making angels in the snow and just tumble around in the snow.
I wish I could go back in time and be a child once more ;-)
Maybe we can, we just has to focus on this moment *smile*

Miracle ?

So much strange things has happened in my life recently that I´m conviced that miracle is for real.

I dreamt a dream about my fiance was in a car accident.
I didn´t know how to tell him.
I didn´t want him to be scared so I just told him that I dreamt about a car accident.
I said a prayer that he would be alright and maybe that worked ;-)

And one weak later he almost ended up in a car accident, it was just seconds away.

So now I will trust my dreams even though they scare me sometimes.
It´s a gift even though I don´t think so sometimes, I don´t understand why sometimes.

A wonderful story from Paulo Coelhos blog

The story of the pencil

A boy was watching his grandmother write a letter. At one point he asked:

‘Are you writing a story about what we’ve done? Is it a story about me?’
His grandmother stopped writing her letter and said to her grandson:
I am writing about you, actually, but more important than the words is the pencil I’m using. I hope you will be like this pencil when you grow up.’

Intrigued, the boy looked at the pencil. It didn’t seem very special.
‘But it’s just like any other pencil I’ve ever seen!’

‘That depends on how you look at things. It has five qualities which, if you manage to hang on them, will make you a person who is always at peace with the world.’

‘First quality: you are capable of great things, but you must never forget that there is a hand guiding your steps. We call that hand God, and He always guides us according to His will.’
‘Second quality: now and then, I have to stop writing and use a sharpner. That makes the pencil suffer a little, but afterwards, he’s much sharper. So you, too, must learn to bear certain pains and sorrows, because they will make you a better person.
‘Third quality: the pencil always allows us to use an eraser to rub out any mistakes. This means that correcting something we did is not necessarily a bad thing; it helps to keep us on the road to justice.’
‘Fourth quality: what really matters in a pencil is not its wooden exterior, but the graphite inside. So always pay attention to what is happening inside you.’
‘Finally, the pencil’s fifth quality: it always leaves a mark. in just the same way, you should know that everything you do in life will leave a mark, so try to be conscious of that in your every action’

We weren´t born to follow

On this day of your life, Jessica, I believe God wants you to know...

. ..that everything is perfect Right Here, Right Now. And

Right Here Right Now is all there is.

Forget about the past. It does not exist, except in your

memory. Drop it. And stop worrying about how you're

going to get through tomorrow. Life is going on Right

Here, Right Now -- pay attention to that and all will

be well.

Embrace the present moment with gratefulness and

wonder, and you will turn it into whatever you have

been waiting for.
