Thoughts about reincarnation

I have made regression and remembered several lifes, and a friend of mine also did a regression.

As usual Paulo, you write exactly what I need to read.
But I also want to add … faith and hope !!!
I lost myself for a while, but I think I´m going through a huge transformation right know so I feel so fragile right now.
I cry for nothing, it just comes … even though I not want to cry.Maybe old sorrow and pain I have tried to push down?
And need the hope and faith to come back soon !!!

Thoughts of today 090510
Sorry if I bring anyone down but I´m kind of down and tired right now.
Most of being tired.
Maybe because of a an allergy I have of some spring pollen.
Do anyone have a quick fix for become more alert & alive?
I have tried a special health food but no result yet :-(
I want to be full of life like the spring, why this fatigue?
